The combination of alcoholism or substance abuse, behavioral problems, and mental health disorders steer many individuals into the legal system. Many addicts come into treatment facilities with legal issues.

Delray Recovery Center is licensed by the State of Florida to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical treatment. We are a secure facility that provides medical, psychological, and psychiatric services. And while Delray Recovery Center does not provide legal consultation for these issues, we are always willing to help in any way we can.

We can assist in coordinating conference calls with attorneys or other legal contacts and provide transportation to court appointments. We can provide specific legal requirements for probation including random drug testing. Furthermore, primary therapists or case managers can provide regular evaluations, documentation, and expert testimony as requested by the legal system.
