Admitting A Patient

Referring professionals, family members, concerned friends, and individuals interested in admission to the Delray Recovery Center can speak with an admissions specialist anytime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) via phone or chat.

The admissions specialist will assess the individual’s needs based on the current and historical addiction(s), treatment(s), relapse(s), and co-occurring disorders to determine the appropriate level of treatment. During this call, the admissions specialist will answer any questions about the treatment programs and recommend next steps to begin treatment.

Providing the following data will help expedite the admissions process:

• Individual’s complete information (name, address, age, gender, employment)
• Emergency contact information
• Individual’s current state and substance use or abuse history
• Brief medical and psychiatric history
• Individual’s health care plan
